Prof. Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi

Prof. Dr. Ahmad Rizki Sridadi, SH., MM., MH. is a Professor of Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Airlangga University. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Airlangga University in 1998, his Master of Laws degree from Airlangga University in 2004, and his Doctorate degree from Padjajaran University in 2015. He has published 34 international scientific articles indexed by Scopus and many other national research articles, and consistently develops research in the fields of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations Management, and Employee Relations Management. In addition to being active in education and research, he is also a member of the Indonesian Management Forum (FMI) and the International Association on Organizational Innovation (IAOI).
